Lego Brick Club

    Wheels in Motion!

    Students will use Lego Bricks, axles, pulleys, gears, motors, and more to build a variety of models on wheels. Some are familiar vehicles, such as fire engine and delivery truck. Other amazing models, such as the Rescue Robot and K-9 Bot, will give students more to learn. Do you have a need to speed? Put your Speed Bot Model to the test as you race against others using remote controls! We'll explore concepts of speed and force, and gain non-vehicle knowlege from the unconventional Wheels in Fortune Models as well. Let's roll!

    The Little Ninjas Karate Program is an introductory karate class specifically designed for children ages 4 & 5.  It focuses on teaching children 8 important main life skills: Focus, Memory, Teamwork, Discipline, Self-control, Fitness, Balance and Coordination.  All this is achieved through exciting and fun games and activities! Wear comfortable clothes. A karate uniform may be purchased at class but is not required. A responsible adult needs to be present during class.

    INSTRUCTOR: Kids Power

    The Kids Power Karate Program offers traditional martial arts training to children ages 5+ and emphasizes self-defense, physical fitness, conflict resolution, teamwork and anti-kidnapping techniques.  This program is designed specifically for children and teaches prevention first.  It does not promote aggressiveness, but teaches children to respect themselves, others and the skills they learn.  Many communities, law enforcement personnel, teachers, and parents recommend this program for the positive impact it has on children. Wear comfortable clothes. A karate uniform may be purchased at class but is not required. A responsible adult needs to be present during class.
