Come join our club for exercise and training that promotes physical fitness while teaching wrestling skills. K-12th graders are welcome! Takes place in the Milan Middle School Gym. Instruction is provided by Wrestling Coach Mike Betts, who brings over 45 years of experience to the club.

Eight classes are included in a session. 

WHEN:

• Session 1: JUNE 12, 17, 19, 24, 26 and JULY 8, 10, 15
• Session 2: JULY 17, 22, 24, 29, 31 and AUGUST 5, 7, 12
• Session 3: AUGUST 14, 19, 21, 26, 28 and SEPTEMBER 2, 4, 9

Fall sessions will begin September 11th, 2025

TIME: 

• From 6:00pm to 7:30pm

WHERE: Milan Middle School Wrestling Room
