Milan Area Schools is considering a Pre Labor Day start for the school year. If/when the Washtenaw Intermediate School District receives the waiver, each school district will determine their calendar for 2020-2021. Based on Milan’s preliminary calculations, the 2020-2021 school year would start on Monday, August 31, 2020. While this decision can not be finalized until after an MDE waiver is acquired, it is important to let you know the possible start date for the 2020-2021 school year may be Monday, August 31, 2020.
