Hello!  My name is Ms. Jennifer Rydman and I am the behavior intervention specialist for Milan Area schools. I am in all of the buildings to help staff and students utilize supports to be at their very best. This will be my twenty-fifth year of teaching!  I have worked in Virginia, Maryland and Michigan.  I have a Bachelor's degree in special education (emotionally impaired) and a Master's degree in special education (learning disabilities) from Eastern Michigan University.  I am married and have two boys.  My boys keep me very busy with travel hockey. My younger son performs with a dance group called the Earth Angels.
