Student Reporting at MMS

  • Complete this form to report an incident at Milan Middle School. The form will be submitted to administration. Include as many details as possible so the incident can be investigated. Paper copies of this reporting form can also be found in the main office and guidance office at MMS. If you would like to submit a report electronically, but are having trouble signing in to the form, please email Mrs. Kristina Collier at collierk@milanareaschools.org with details of the incident. 

    In accordance with state law, the Board of Education for Milan Area Schools has adopted a policy that protects all students from bullying/aggressive behavior. A complete copy of the policy is available in the middle school office as well as on the district website. Any student who believes s/he has been or is the victim of bullying, hazing, or other aggressive behavior should immediately report the situation to the principal or assistant principal. The student may also report concerns to a teacher or counselor who will be responsible for notifying the appropriate administrator or board official. Complaints against a building principal should be filed with the superintendent. Complaints against the superintendent should be filed with the board president.
