Student Survey Information
In accordance with Michigan Public Act 15 of 2025, Section 164k (MCL 388.1764k), the district provides public access to all student survey questions and survey results. Survey questions are posted prior to administration, and results are shared in aggregate form to protect individual student privacy. Families are notified in advance when surveys will be administered, including information about the purpose of the survey and the grade levels involved.
Parents and guardians may review survey materials and, when applicable under federal law, may choose to opt their child out of participation. The district complies with all applicable privacy laws, including FERPA and the Protection of Pupil Rights Amendment (PPRA), to ensure student information remains confidential.
