Playgroups are held at Paddock Elementary School Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 10 AM - 11 AM in Rooms C17 and C15
Our playgroups are designed for ages 0-5 years old.
Mondays and Wednesdays will be our “Open” playgroups with 45 minutes of free play and 15 minutes of circle time. Tuesdays will be our “Music Together” playgroups with 45 minutes of music and movement. Due to licensing and supplies there will be an additional charge for this playgroup. Space is limited. The 2 twelve week sessions will be October 4th-Decmber 20th and January 17th - April 10th (No class on April 3rd due to Spring Break). The small motor room will be available for any First Steps families not participating in the Music Together playgroups, however, there will be no circle time on Tuesdays. Thursdays will be our “Exploration” playgroups with 20 minutes of exploration stations geared toward age developmental activities to encourage and strengthen your child’s developmental process, 30 minutes exploring our outdoor nature center (weather permitting) or nature activities and ending with story time. First Steps families may also join Paddock’s Early Childhood Center for Library Corner once a month. Please check with your Parent Educator for more details. |
