Kindergarten Round-Up:
We look forward to meeting our 2010-11 kindergartners on Wednesday, May 5th and Thursday, May 6th for Round Up!
1.) Please complete and submit the form below to sign up for an appointment.
2.) Please click on the Kindergarten Round Up link on the left side of the page for more documentation that will need to be filled out. Please print the completed forms and bring them with you to your Round Up appointment. Thank you!
3.) You will also need to bring a copy of your child's birth certificate and shot records to your Round Up appointment.
4.) If you have elected to have registration forms mailed to you, you can expect to receive the packet in late March.
